High Journaling: A Creative Experience

$20.00

Alta Dispensary
New York, NY
May 20, 2025
7PM - 9PM

Welcome to High Journaling — a unique and intentional experience where creativity, mindfulness, and cannabis come together. In this cozy and elevated session, we’ll start by enjoying cannabis in a safe, community-centered space to open our minds and awaken our senses.

You’ll then tap into your artistic side by creating your own personalized journal cover through scrapbooking and crafting materials provided. Once your journal feels like you, we’ll flow into a guided journaling session — designed to help you reflect, release, and reconnect with your inner voice.

This is more than a class — it’s a vibe. A space to get high with intention, create with heart, and write with soul. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, more inspired, and deeply connected — to yourself and to community.

About your host:

Nataly Quintero, Founder of Casa Wellness

Nataly Quintero is a Mindfulness Artist and the founder of Casa Wellness, a community focused on creating brave, inclusive spaces where BIPOC women can connect, share their stories, and heal through community experiences and cultural retreats. You’ll typically catch her at a cute coffee shop, journaling, or trying new food. She’s passionate about creating experiences that invite you to reflect, grow, and thrive. She’s facilitated wellness experiences and retreats for 5+ years now.

Alta Dispensary

Nestled in the heart of Nolita–Chinatown, alta is more than just a dispensary — it’s a warm, welcoming space rooted in family legacy and cultural pride. Housed in a historic building purchased in 1976 by a family who rebuilt their lives after fleeing Mozambique, alta honors generations of resilience while redefining what a cannabis experience can feel like. Created by New York’s first Asian-American woman to open a space of its kind, alta offers thoughtfully curated products with approachability, elegance, and care — especially for women seeking relief and calm without the intimidation of traditional smoke shop vibes.
